Our Story

Building Chicago Homes for Over 25 Years

Maya Construction Group was founded in 1998 by Udi Yeger and Ofer Gliksman, two builders who believed that a remodeling company should be run by people who actually show up on the job site. Since opening their doors, they have personally overseen hundreds of completed projects across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, from single-room bathroom refreshes to full home additions and commercial build-outs.

The company remains owner-operated by design. Every project that carries the Maya Construction Group name is reviewed and managed by Udi or Ofer directly. That level of accountability is what has driven a 4.8-star Google rating across 103 reviews, and it is the reason a large portion of their business comes from referrals and repeat clients.

Maya Construction Group holds Chicago General Contractor license # TCG039361 and operates with full insurance coverage on every project. Their service area covers Chicago proper and the surrounding suburban communities.
